All Talk, No Action (or very little)

Is it just me or:
1) government officials are just talking about the recent massacre?
2) media only reports what the officials are saying?
3) there's really nothing being done yet?
4) all of the above?
5) none of the above?


yeah, yeah, I know. It's been almost 2 years since I last wrote in this blog. katamad eh... pero just cant help but write something about it. (Hence, I'm also just talk? hmm...)
